DIRECTOR COACH STEELE
With over 15 years of experience in the field of recovery and peer support. I have developed a unique approach to Recovery Coaching that combines evidence-based practices with a client-centered focus. I hold a BA-Ministry, Recovery Coach Professional (RCP), CARES—AD, Certified Peer Specialist (CPS).

Our Approach As a Recovery Coach, our approach is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and the believe that every individual holds the power to reclaim their life. we honor multiple pathways to recovery and meet each person exactly where they are—without judgment, shame, or stigma. we walk alongside individuals, not ahead or behind them, serving as a mentor, motivator, and accountability partner. Our focus is on helping people identify their own strengths, set achievable goals, and build sustainable recovery capital. We understand that recovery is not a one-size-fits-all journey, so we tailor support to the unique needs, culture, and values of each person we serve.
